tue: Legs, Tan, fast walk 40min or Cardio
wed: Shoulders, Bi's, Class
thur: chest, tri's, tan, walk 40 min
Fir: Light back, Ab's, Nail's, go shopping all day then happy hour some where
I eat 6 small meals a day.....Supplements BetaStax CFM Isolate Protein, Good Multi, Omega, BCAA's, Glutamine
