I love the feeling of accomplishment after a good hard workout. I view every workout as a battle in the war against fat and unhealthy living.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at the pics I have posted in my progress photos. I really let myself go after suffering a severe knee injury playing hockey. Though my hockey career is over, my goal is to get back in the shape I was during my playing years.
