How I Started:
I've been going to the gym for years always doing cardio & sometimes lifting. One day I just realized I was getting no where w/any type of body change, and never really even considered lifting as my main exercise. A friend, who lifts, suggested doing a "full-body lift, e/o day" ... So I did. And dropped about 30lbs!
Why I Love It:
My body just feels so good now; I havent had any colds/flu or felt down hardly at all since working out faithfully!
How I Stay Motivated:
The fact that I only have to workout e/o day, for about an hour to keep myself in size 4 jeans!
BB Accomplishments:
MUSCLE DEFINITION!! I started lifting with no particular expectations. Just hoping to drop some weight. The bonus was I have some awesome muscle def I never even thought I'd EVer see on myself ~ (and lost weight)!!!
