guest Many thanks for your comments about ketogenic diet and boundless energy. It would be good to read more such observations. I've lately been running into this boundless energy myself and am really impressed w/ the visible and inner results of consistent,multi-phasic workout routines coupled w/ good diet. Wow! Quantum_ I haven't done full body workouts but I would just stick to the big exercises emphasized in leangains. I use to go heavy in the 6-8 rep range but have found that 5 or less reps, not to failure is better if you want to lean up and not get bigger. Oct 14, 2011 2:23pm
