Workout Program:
Currently I run at least 4 days a week 3-4 miles
Go to gym at least 5 days a week
I do 15-20 minutes cardio ( bike, treadmill,eliptical)
Work a body section (back/sholders/chest-arms-legs)
I do 3 sets of 12 on each body part
I can use up to 110 on leg press
50 on chest
70 on back
20 bicepts/tricepts
last but not least abs
I obvioulsy have to learn body terminology and equipment terms

sit in sauna if i get a chance(does that count?!)
