How I Started:
I met a wonderful man who has shown me the way!
Why I Love It:
Any workout is better than none at all!
I have transformed my body and now want to fine tune what I have. I feel so good after a good run and crave lifting those weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at old pictures, help others realize the importance of health and fitness, and I have a wonderful man who looks great and I want to look good for him as well.

Goal (Long):
I have lost a significant amount of weight and this has left me with some areas that are "sagging". I want to have a lean, sculpted body. I have been trying on my own but will be getting a trainer soon. At 42 y/o I think I look pretty good but I want to look and feel like I could get on a stage and pose! Im willing to sacrifice and work hard.

I would like to be around 115 but more important tone and ripped!
Currently I run at least 4 days a week 3-4 miles
Go to gym at least 5 days a week
I do 15-20 minutes cardio ( bike, treadmill,eliptical)
Work a body section (back/sholders/chest-arms-legs)
I do 3 sets of 12 on each body part
I can use up to 110 on leg press
50 on chest
70 on...
I'm on the Southside. Couldn't take how the PT dept was run. On Southside I'm my own boss and can set and do what I want. Loving it! Need to check it out. I see so many people who use to work out on Northside now on Southside.
