I LOVE IT BECAUSE IT MAKES ME FEEL STRONG WHEN I'M WORKING WITH THE WEIGHTS AND I SEE FAST RESULTS
How I Stay Motivated:
WELL I JUST STARTED WORKING OUT AGAIN AFTER TWO YEARS. I'VE JOINED A GREAT GYM WHICH OFFERS MANY CLASSES HAS A POOL. DOING DIFFERENT EXERCISES TAKING A CLASS OR USING THE POOL WILL KEEP ME MOTIVATED. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY THE MIRROR WILL.

I want to lose about 15 pds and gain muscle so I can wear those pretty summer clothes.
Goal (Long):
I am very pettite. but I have a weird body shape. I gather fat around my weist arms and thighs. I dont ever remember having a flat stomach even when I was slim. I want a body where I can wear low rise pants and pretty slim fitting shirts. I am in the right track I've joined a gym eating much, much healthy, including lots of protein in my diet. I am following a two week program. After that I am changing programs to keep my muscles shocked.
