I lost lots of weight from like 142 to 108 and got a little crazed over the scale number and my body became/still is unhealthy, so I do not weigh myself anymore. I want to drop weight without the hassle of staring at the scale everyday. I'm able to gauge my weight mainly because I eat pretty much the same things everyday and not much junkfood, like at all. My problem is often including more variety in my diet and running less/lifting more. This summer I'm going all out and just want to get a perfect body.
lots of cardio - mixing it up though, weights - mainly abs but want to tone the arms and get the legs tight and butt nicee..
eating really clean and vegetarian

It'll help tone and rebuild muscle that was torn/stressed during your workout. Just take like one scoop/20g. The more lean muscle you have, the more fat you can burn. see?
