Background

When I Started: Aug 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I always loved during push up and curl at home. The first time i got involved with weights was for football my freshman year in Hs. Unfortunately I had no guidance so i didn't know what i was doing. my Junior year after moving down south is when i really got into it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love it, I have passion for it. I feel the greatest when i'm in the gym or at home working out. Its the one place that keeps me calm and the most focus. I love feeling great and the admiration i receive.
