After having my second son, I took a good look in the mirror after a motivational conversation that made me think how much I should really change my life, not only for myself but for my children as well.
Why I Love It:
I love training because it lets me have time for myself, improve my body and take away almost all of my stress! In addition, it is a guarantee that I will be able to do more things with my children because I will be healthy and fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have the world's most amazing trainer that makes me remember why I am doing this every time I talk to her or see her picture :)... and MOST IMPORTANTLY....My fear of being fat is enough to make me want to spend the rest of my life on a stair master.

My training has step up alittle aswell as my diet has changed aswell so im cutting now. But my main focus is my 1st BB competition though on October the 10th 2009.
hello beautiful katy glad to hear your training is going well. As for me ive got good news im doing my first photo shoot in 5 weeks for world physique. They are updating my interview i did for them afew months ago this time for the mag aswell as the website
wow 5k that would be awesome. My roommate from My Senior Year of College is doing Triatholons and that stuff He is in crazy good shape. I don't see how training to compete or evening competing in 5k runs can be bad? Unless you are shooting for Olympia lol. seriously have fun and good luck.
Thanks I appreciate it. I am not losing the gut as fast as I want but I am definately seeing a lot of strength gains, and more density in my muscles so we started a new rep scheme this month so we will see and upping the Cardio. How are you?
Yeah i guess that means i'm an addict as well then! Things are well. Finished the MT challenge in May, now looking for something else to get into. Keeps my motivation level high, ya know. Nothing really glamorous going on right now. Blew out my groin so i'm limited as to what i can do right now. Other than that...same stuff, different day.

yes im still with the girl and im not sure about the pictures i dont really have time ive been working really hard lately im trying to change jobs in the navy right now i want to be a navy diver and they pt like crazy so i kinda stopped going to the gym to lift weights and stuff and im focusing more now on running and doing pull ups and stuff like that def want to be a diver then ill be considered special forces and that would be pretty cool so im really focused on doing that right now
Tuesday 9:30am. First day of diet, I have 10 weeks to be ready for the first show ever. No more casual eating, time to get serious. About to leave the house to go train shoulders, and I finally feel good again after the gf breakup(lots of other women out there apparently..lol.) I'm gonna shoulder press 275 on the smith machine 5-6 times today!
I am doing good, was pretty sick this weekend:( But I went to church Sunday and danced and sang, praising the Lord Jesus with my awful sounding sick voice,lol; I know that because of how we praise the Holy Ghost moves there, and if He touched me I would be well! And I left church feeling well!!! But still weak from lack of food, so no hard lifting for a couple of days:(
