Lose remaining 30 lbs and tone up. Want to eat more to lose more!
Goal (Long):
I have lost about 120 pounds in the past two years by counting calories and doing cardio. I reached a point where I want to take my body to another level, to increase my muscle mass and to reach a new fitness level. I also want to lose the remainding 30 pounds and increase in strenght.
I still have problems snacking at night. I just feel so restless and am trying to work on that. I just can not seem to relax for anything. I did go to sleep around 9 because I felt that not being tired would help me eat better during the day.

I am a week into my Keto Diet and doing fab so far, as I have lost 4 lbs as a result and 9 pounds with combined changes I have made since Sep. Keto has made the biggest and best difference for me. I have also recovered from Easter, whew! Hit me back with your updates.
Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I needed body transformations and got them using the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% bodyfat to 10% and my wife had great results herself. If you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see.
