i go tstarted thru a friend of a freind, i did a local show and was hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
i love the training and the competing and meeting new people, and some become freinds. and i love it when i see or make or gain improvements
How I Stay Motivated:
i feed off of others sround me. i always want to improve and look bigger and better.and to be in good conditioning for the rest of my life.also i stay motivated by the people who doubt and say i can't.

Goal (Long):
WITHIN THE NEXT TWO YEARS I WILL LIKE TO REACH 185 LBS. AND DIET DOWN TO A LIGHT WEIGHT OR BANTAM WEIGHT AND WIN IN MY CLASS AND A 1ST PLACE OVERALL. AND THEN OBTAIN MY PRO CARD.

i went to a show in louisville ky. i saw a guy that was last year cheated in his weight class and given second when he clearly was 1st (haney salibe). last night he came back as a super heavy weight 235 and should have wone the whole show (kentucky muscle) and the guy who won was a middle...

style this month witha twist to it i will be hitting chest,shoulders,tricep,and back (monday) biceps and legs on (wenesday) and then i will the same body parts i hit on monday...
Training is going well. I could definitely use some tips I build muscle really fast the only problem is losing the fat. I've got a really good nutrition plan but I think my body wants to keep the fat. LOL!
I am fine. Just have to keep up with this protein intake too hard. I am really having an issue with that. When I stop I start losing mass like real fast. I see now I have to keep the protein up. This is too much.
Doing all right, sir. Trying some new things. Hoping I get lean enough for Monster Mash in 16 days! Tryng not to freak out. The knee is ok. It's not wuite as strong as the other leg, but I built strength back up. Got lots of single leg work to do when this is over. I've only done reverse hack squats and not the regular one since. How have you been down there in KY?
I get in about 4 times a week..got some size too...just too much fat to go with it! I gotta clean up the diet a little, or I'll be dieting down for a loooooong time..hahaha
Well my legs have always been very toned. I see some growth. I measured my legs and I looked at the measurement of fitness people. Well I am not off. I must admit I think I did some over running for years. I think I did some damage. I believe that the slow twitch muscle just has overtaken. I do not run distance a lot I now do a lot of sprinting. yep I do have the distance runner legs. I have lost so much bodyfat and now I can see how much muscle is there.
I'm back in there from a weird, unintended break so it seems like things are doing well. Ha ha, other than that I'm trying to eat my butt off in trying to keep some weight on but isn't that the story of my life? LOL

Heyy man!! I have been so busy with school but things are going well. No real progress with getting in shape. I need to get back on it..guess that is why I am on here trying to get motivated again! How you been?
Thanks for changing that and dropping me a line. My pics are from Aug 09. I am less than 4 weeks out from my first comp. I have been trying a modified keto diet. It is harsh but it is working.
I hope your weekend is going well, J. I'm still hitting the gym and making progress. More importantly, it's stress reduction time and a lot of fun. Icing my knee now. lol Old bones protest!
