Started on bodybuilding.com met stevep78, hes transforming my body, and helping me get to the goals i want!!
Why I Love It:
I love feeling strong and in control. Results keep me going.. seeing my hips just a little smaller or even starting to just seem a muscle under my skin, makes me work hard!
How I Stay Motivated:
I love Jamie Eason as a figure competitor and fitness model. I am also a biggest loser fan, and i watch Ruby on style these tools help keep me in line and in charge of my body

Goal (Long):
Ive always been a really muscular girl.. but as ive gotten older.. i keep adding fat ontop of it.. I am here to get rid of that fat.. tone up... and be hot and healthy.

Does anybody know how I can find out about any fitness shows or bodybuilding competitions going on in my area.. ive tried looking and can't seem to find anything...Any ideas?
I love crossfit. I do the WOD first, then take a quick break and begin my bodybuilding workout. I've seen great progress in my stamina and shortened recover times. And as you can see, I'm 235lbs, but can do excellent hand stands, not many bodybuilders can say that. :)
Hey! Thank you. And it is great to hear that you are well, also! Today is the last day of week #1. I had a small hiccup that put my a little off course on my workouts...I didn't miss any, my sched just got out of whack. But, things are good. I feel amazing.
