You still hitting the gym regularly? I had a 7 wk hiatus during Hood to Coast time and now I'm in my 2nd week back. Hope you are doing well and reaching your goals!

luvly174 your progress picture's are amazing ,and the double biceps from the front are awesome too.I was reading your profile and I'm a father of three,twin girls 2yrs old and a son 5yrs old.Good luck reaching your goals as well.

So I swear I saw you at the gym the other day...not sure though. I go to the Tech Center 24 hr prob 4x a week and the Andresen gym 1x. You can spot me in Oregon apparel and baggy shorts! Say hey if you see me!

there is a diff. you stay possitive you are doing great some times we are to hard on ourselfs but dont be hope your day is a good one stay strong ttyl:-)

Don't despair! I GAINED 10 lbs in my 1st 4 months of being in the gym...10 lbs of muscle, plus fat loss that is. I had to judge by the way my clothes fit, not the scale. I have stayed a size 2 going from 114lbs to now about 130.

Hey, I have been called Fawn becuse my name is Fern......too funny. You can totally change, no doubt about it! The babies are out, it's time for more "you" time. You have to keep in touch. Somewhere I have to start a mom of 4 club because there are a bunch of us here.

You have all of the inner strength that you need to make your fitness goals become reality. Try pushing yourself, maybe even out of your comfort zone to be the best that you can be and you won’t believe the amazing changes your body will make or the speed at which they can occur. Very Pretty, Good luck with your transformation. Have you ever thought of competing when you reach your goals?? We promote a natural show in Marysville Wa. In August on the 9th.
