Been thinking about it and I know at one time I said I didn't love the working out but now that I think about it I DO love the working out and the results I gain from the workouts. I love to run and run and run!!!!

About 2 weeks ago I started my own 12 week program.  Mainly going to be lifting dumbbells right now.  Later will corporate some sort of cardio into the mix.  Probably going to get back to running with it.  If anyone has any suggestions on dumb bell exercises I would greatly appreciate...
