hey jeff thanks for checkin in bud! yep im still in the fight. actually started joggin for the second half of my am cardio. hips are a little rusty but im takin the gluco/chondroiton so that oughtta help. just read your blog and it looks like youve morphed into a running machine! way ta stick with it and keep on truckin!!

Just popped in to see whats up. Weekends are the hardest for me too. I try to plan my meals and stuff in advance to keep me on track during those times of temptations. Stay strong and keep me posted.
