After last injury (fracture back- December 2007) I decided to go for it. This time I am really serious and I hope I will see different body in couple of months.
Why I Love It:
First of all I love climbing, climbing and climbing. Then I love weight lifting. It helps me to feel better, to be strong and fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just wanna be stronger, leaner and I don't wanna carry around my fat ;) Also I wanna be really good climber...so that is how I stay motivated :)

The beginning of my journey ;)
I didn't plan to take pictures of myself right now. I have knew I don't look good. But I decided to do it. Why? Last year I had started a Cambridge Diet. It took me 2 months to lose 25 lb. But when I didn't go to the gym every day and started eat less proteins and more "normal" food (no junk!)...
That was a very hard week. On Wednesday I felt already tired and I couldn't believe that this is not FRIDAY!!!
So far classes are great (and hard). I am taking biology, chemistry and CNA classes. I think my first week I would give myself B... Not good. I have to work harder and study more....
You still look great. Short comings are expected in this process. You know what needs to be done. Remember stay motivated and you will get the results.

Yeah, I am also getting a bit tired and I think I'm gonna have to start including some days off from my training. Dont wanna get sick this close to competition.

Wow girl I just saw ur pics.....ur doin great.....I agree like 10 fold on " no mercy." I read somewhere a quote that said, "No sacrafice, no victory" I've really tried to go by that, it's helped me a little on when I have a weak moment. Thanks 4 sayin HI!
Hey girl, It's going slower than planned. It's also really hard not having a workout partner to push me. I also think I'm taking too much time in beween sets to look to see what I have to do next. It's frustrating! But still working hard! Will have new pic on the 26th. How r u holding in?
