This is me at 170lbs. I work out like crazy, but I can't seem to lose any more weight and get any definition. I am hoping my group of gal pals can help me!!

Ugh! Not much progress this week. Coming down from a 7lb weight gain. Too much body fat!!! It needs to go!!
