How I Started:
10 years ago I was in pretty good shape, low BF and strong. Then after a couple kids and life coming at me pretty fast I picked up some bad habits and ended up being thick in the wrong way.
Why I Love It:
I love to push. Each person has the ability to see their body grow and find out what it is truly capable of doing.

Staying motivated is a matter of understanding what is truly important and what you can control in your life. I can control what I eat and how I shape my body.

I use a 3-ring binder with sheets printed from excel. It is very easy to plan the next workout when all I have to do is flip to the previous workout for a specific body part in the book. Pick a plan you can stick with that does not feel overwhelming.
