How I Started:
10 years ago I was in pretty good shape, low BF and strong. Then after a couple kids and life coming at me pretty fast I picked up some bad habits and ended up being thick in the wrong way.
Why I Love It:
I love to push. Each person has the ability to see their body grow and find out what it is truly capable of doing.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is a matter of understanding what is truly important and what you can control in your life. I can control what I eat and how I shape my body.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I use a 3-ring binder with sheets printed from excel. It is very easy to plan the next workout when all I have to do is flip to the previous workout for a specific body part in the book. I measure ...more

Thanks for the good wishes!! They say DVT complications cause more deaths than HIV and breast cancer combined. I'm surprised it's not reported on more.
