juniorinboston Good to hear my friend. If I was you, after the thyroid stabilizes, I would go on a crash diet for a month just to get a boost and then I'd resume a slow pace diet. It's great that at least kept the muscles cuz that will make a huge difference in your weight loss. All the best to you and keep pushing, btw, I never trained with sixplates, he just disappeared.... 6PlatesFull Going very well. 30 minutes of rehab stuff twice a day every day. Back to squatting though there is some tightness and I haven't tried going crazy with it yet, heaviest I've squatted post-injury is only 405 and only deadlifted 440, so still taking it a bit easy in the gym, slowly bringing the tension back up. I've restructured my training a lot too to be a lot more preventative of injuries. Apr 18, 2011 3:40pm

Probably could of refreshed a bit on my anatomy but all and all wasn't too hard though I will preface it with that I have a bit more knowledge than the normal person taking the test I'd say, I didn't find anything particularly new or ground-breaking for me in the book. juniorinboston I will be a little cranky this week, I increased cardios in 2 sessions of 30, mornings and afternoons and decreased reps by increasing weight, so I wanna see how it goes, what do you think of the week of the transf.? Is there any major transf. On last week? What di you think? Also, I can't wait to buy a book by Lyle Mcdonalds(rapid fat loss) so I can pass through this plateau I am in. Apr 18, 2011 8:51am
