I have always been very active. I started freestyle wrestling when I was five years old. Then as I got older I started to play football, wrestle, and run track. To be better in the sports area I started to hit the weights. My dad was a SWAT officer and he would workout alot so I just naturally followed in his footsteps. Now that I am a business owner and professional I need to keep up my apperance, and keep a competitive edge on the athletes that I currently train.
Why I Love It:
I just love the way that it makes me feel. Its just me and the iron and I will be damed if its gonna beat me. Knowing that I have control of what my body does, looks, feels is very impowering. I look around at our society today and I am glad that I am not the norm. I also want to be an insperation to the athletes that I train and to my son.
How I Stay Motivated:
A little over a year ago I went to the doctor for a check up. They discovered that I had cancer. The first thought was that I was going to die. But I didnt. I have one of the most curable types of cancer there is! But, it shook me up and now I want to do more with my life and be the best that I can be. I have a son and I want to be around for him and enjoy his life with him. I want to be there for my family and friends.
BB Accomplishments:
My accomplishments are working with Gladiator Bodyworks and setting up and coaching Special Olympics Athletes in the Powerlifting Local, State, and National Event.
Being Voted "Rookie of the Year 2006 for the Semi-Professional Wyoming Wranglers Football Club, and "Most Insperational" 2006 WWFC
Being Cancer Free for over 1year and continue to grow and learn all that I can about my disease.
My goal for the next two months will be to put 10-15 lbs of quality weight on. Then I will focus on cutting down again.
Goal (Long):
My current goal is to stay active, keep living the healthy lifestyle that I live, and be a positive roll model for my son and for the athletes that I train.

Yeah, I hope Rampage fights a lot more. I think eventually he will be back in the UFC. He is my favorite fighter currently so it sucks he quit. Shogun got robbed last week, but it looks like a rematch is on the way. I thing the Lesnar/Carwin fight is now Jan 2nd.
Thank you for the friend request and for the really nice compliment attached! I appreciate it very much. Good luck to you, not only with your fitness goals but with your health as well. I do hope that your cancer is a thing of the past for you.
