I always played sports and just started lifting to get bigger for that. Then my senior year it just hit me and I was hooked. I just had to keep working out and living the fitness lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I just love to watch how it works on my body and to know that I have control of what my body does. I believe that you can achieve the desired look by,sweat, blood and alot of hard work.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that someone is out there getting better than me.
I am also currently undergoing cancer treatment and want to be in the best shape I can be for the long road ahead.
BB Accomplishments:
My accomplishments are working with Gladiator Bodyworks and setting up and coaching Special Olympics Athletes in the Powerlifting Local, State, and National Event.
Being Voted "Rookie of the Year 2006 for the Semi-Professional Wyoming Wranglers Football Club, and "Most Insperational" 2006 WWFC
I also have just completed my second year of playing semi-pro football for the Wyoming Wranglers where I was named Rookie of the Year in 2006 as well as Most Insperational 2006

Goal (Long):
My new goal is to be around 190lbs by Aug 25th. I feel that this is a reachable goal and with hard work and support from my family, and people here at bb.com I will reach my goal.
So, I am five weeks in to the Muscle and Fitness RHC and it has been really good. I can see some results and to me thats all that matters. This month has changed the workout system and I can really feel the diff, and I am sore on most of my days. This is my first week of the second month...
sup man how have things been? they have been good here just done with football. we finished 6-4 but we are already starting lifting again right after break. that sux about you guys losing in the playoffs. how have things been going for you?
nice man thats awesome about the chapter. na im redshirting this year but its good cuz i need to get used to the system and what not. i think ive impressed some of the coaches though w/ what i can do. man i came here expecting to be pretty small compared to everyone else but guys on the team all ready call me big man. lol
hey man congrats on the w against bennett. how has everything else been goin. things are good here. the game yesterday was way sick, i love the whole atmosphere. we lost but uno is pretty good. we did some good things but a few positions hurt us. how have you been?

There are so many variables involved. You must really know Exactly what you bring in calorie wise, and you must know Exactly what you expend. It is hard to say really without specific information from you.:)
well its effin hott here!!! it was 116 on the turf today for our practice. im getting more used to the heat and the speed of the game. im havin fun i just cant wait for school to start so i can start meeting some chicks. lol how are two a days going for you guys? ttyl man

hey man i just back from kearney and i need to be hard enough to roller skate on by the 6th cuz thats when i report. i got my tattoo day and its bitchin. its big so i didnt have time to get it all colored in today so i had to make an appoint for another month. its sick ill put a pic of it on here tomorow. and hey will u open the gym on tuesday for me about 645 or 7? later dude
