How I Started:
Back in high school I was a beanpole and wanted to put on some mass. A buddy of mine helped coach me through getting started with some workout plans and exercises, and I've been going since then minus a two year break.
Why I Love It:
How great it makes me feel. From looking in the mirror to the soreness the day after a hard workout.

outstanding progress. You have put on the RIGHT kind of mass, the kind I failed to do when I 'bulked' up to 250. Keep on going, show us how it's done - then maybe I'll put on some quality mass too.
