How do you keep yourself motivated? I glanced through the pics - looks like you had good/bad months...How do you get back on it!

ha. Thanks for the add. I know, I usually am sore after leg day but this takes the trophy for the most sore I've ever been. I have to waddle to move...think about if you were clutching something with your butcheeks and trying to walk. That's me all day...haha

Hey! Keeping track of your food and workouts are good.
You should try and take a pic like every 2-4 weeks and upload as a progress pic. Even if you don't see a difference, sometimes other people do :). Also - I don't know how much you weigh yourself - I limit myself to once/week. Every Friday morning I step on the scale to see where I am. No more than that or you will become too obsessed with the number and not focused on why you are doing what you are doing.

Hey! Yea, I've been eating good but am not losing that much anymore. I think we need to change things up soon.
Wedding is August 15th - so like 96 days or whatever. I can't wait for the honeymoon in Jamaica - I'll be in a two piece and not feel TOO bad...haha

Hey thanks for the comment on the blog. No contest or transformation really - I have been working with someone on a 16 week plan, this is start of week 8. Last two weeks only lost 1.5 pounds. Just doing it to feel better. What you on here for?

Doing good! Coming off a good week - thanks. I still have a ways to go but already 20 pounds lighter and starting to see the muscle :) How you doing?
