Goal (Long):
I started for weight loss and toning....now I want more. I want to be able to control exactly how my body looks. I want people to say, "dang she's ripped" .
Maybe even compete...but that is FAR away from now. It's hard when you are 5'1...but we'll see.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 25 lb

So...i'm on a downward spiral. I am so busy with everything for the wedding and with the new house I have pushed working out and eating clean aside. My wedding is in 5 weeks, 5 weeks! I need to stay where I am or lose a few pounds so my dress fits!
Hey! The bad months are deceiving because that's when I grow. I eat the same as I do when I'm cutting but the quantity quadruples. This keeps me getting bigger and better every year which keeps me motivated!
Hey if you're looking for good deals on protein, energy drinks, vitamins and such check these out, and good luck with the training!!! http://trussell7.qhealthzone.c om
rofl...come on now, you had to have loosened up a little bit through the day here haven't you? damn if you didn't you must have hit them insanely hard the other day. I dunno what to tell you bout volleyball lol....if you jump you may just fall on the ground when you land.
I always switch up the exercises to always keep the abs guessing. Also, I always switch up the order of the exercises too. Some times I'll hit lower abs before upper and vise versa. I would suggest doing higher reps for you if you don't want to add size to your abs but just want them hard and tight. Maybe like 15 - 20 reps. Just keep that diet and cardio up also!!! Hope I helped... If you have any other questions, ask away! :D Keep up the good work!!
For lower abs, I do reverse crunches. I'm trying to build a little size on my abs so I always keep it heavy. I do 4 sets of every exercise and keep it in the 8 - 12 rep range. I do about 4 - 5 exercises total and I do abs once a week. I like to give them a long time to rest just like the rest of my body. For my sides, all I do is side twists. Put a light bar behind your neck and twist side to side with it stretching as far to each side as you can.
Congrats on your results thus far!! Good work! My ab routine always starts out with some kind of leg raises. I've advanced to hanging leg raises now. I started out doing them on the ground. I then do a exercise for my upper abs. Maybe cable crunches, or floor crunches, just any kind of a crunch. I always mix it up.
Sorry I haven't been on line in a couple days.
I do like your brown hair better.
You know, I do have to say you have some insulation, but I can see you have a good build. If you can just clean it up and stay away from that cake you will be a knock out.
I love your look, you just need to do what you know you should do.
Thanks for posting the picts, I will do a better job of checking on the. :)
this site really helps with the motivation...i may think i really want a big fatty piece of chocolate cake and i come here and read chickentuna's blog and look at her pics and it helps motivate me to stay on track
Are the green beans canned or bagged? Some of the juice in canned green beans carry hidden fats. Are you taking in any type of sugar or artificial sugars?
