...I took the ACE Personal Trainer exam, and passed...Then, I used the knowledge that I acquired on myself. I was the perfect guinie pig!
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel "charged" and energetic! I love the feeling of accomplishment that I get eveytime I get through a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love seeing the results in my body. I love feeling strong and healthy and looking my best!
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't participated in anything as far as shows and all of that. I do feel accomplished when people come up to me and tell me how good I look or when they ask me questions about workout routines and nutrition...

I dont know what it is right now usually i would say the hell with it, but im so damn driven right now that nothing is gonna stop me from getting the body that i want and see the pics when i take them only push me harder. YOu will get there no worries cutie
