I started my training to bulk up i workout  6days a week..3 lifting 3 cardio. I was soo sore on Sunday that i decided to make that day my rest day on a count of i cant move a muscle lol!  my trainer and i had to modify my eating b/c i was starving through out the day so now i think im...
