How I Started:
I felt so out of control that I knew I had to do something drastic - so I went from never going to the gym to hiring a trainer for 2 hours a week, and added cardio training on the 3 off days.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment of setting personal records and reaching new performance levels all the time, and seeing the results!
How I Stay Motivated:
I want this time to be the time I do it right, and stop the yo-yo'ing. I enjoy seeing the results, and went from forcing myself to work out to missing it dearly if I have to skip a workout! I look at my before and after pictures to help me remember how bad things got and how much I've accomplished. I don't want to ever go back there!!
BB Accomplishments:
I've totally transformed my body. I went from size 16 to size 6 in a bit over a year. I've lost lots of fat and gained muscle. I've never been in this top shape in my life, and I have the endurance I didn't have for years - probably never before, actually. I see the muscle definition in my arms, back, abs, and can't believe that's really me. I have some more tranforming to do, but I absolutely love what I look and feel like now. The future looks bright!!
