Increase muscle mass and strength for powerlifting.
Goal (Long):
did my first powerlifting meet on July 18th and finished with a 1364 total, in the Raw open 220 class. I'm looking to increase my total and increase muscle mass.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I've hurt my shoulders, losing form on overhead lifts, and once doing supra max lockouts. And I've had occasional elbow problems with heavy tricep work.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Ok so i did my first real sledgehammer workout today. 50 hits, 60 sec rest, switch hands and repeat for a half an hour. Holy hell, that's a cardio workout for sure. I was dripping sweat and huffing and puffing towards the end of each set. Forearms and hands were burning too by then...

that's wild were the hight n weight n if u go to my sight ul see we have totally different bodys. idk what ur natral gentics r but ive got hope tho.

You sir are a god, man -- looking great. I like the look both bulked and cut. Bulked, probably a little better, but that's just me. Keep on doing it. I ran a 5k on Saturday in 25:42 which was my best time ever. Lots of improvement needed, tho.
