i started bodybuilding feb 09. i started at a local gym and now im really in to it and want to get big and shredded.
Why I Love It:
i love to feel pumped and ake next day. when i ake i no i have had a good workout. i love to see progress every week it make me feel grate.
How I Stay Motivated:
by thinking how i will look when i reach my goals. and how good i will feel.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
deadlifting, because people lift with there back and not with there legs. this is dangerous because you can slip a disc in your back and be out of training for long period of time.
