How I Started:
Football team didn't do so good so I wanted to change my skill level and strength, so my dad bought me a bench and weights.
Why I Love It:
Its the funnest thing. I love to go down to the basement turn on a good song and just start pushing myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the 1-9 record of our football team, and thinking how i could have possibly changed that by getting stronger by lifting wieghts.

You know you trained your legs hard when you can hardly walk up the stairs. And after finishing a set of leg curls when you can't even get your foot parallel with your knee to get over the bench that you are lieing on. lol

damn man, don't worry about ur 1-9 record. Our team won no games last year, we got killed. This year, we went 7-2, 6 of those games were shut outs.

i like 100 procent whey from optimum but since im on the young side, i don't really want to go overboard with supps to stun my natural hormonic growth, so i just take about three scoops right after my workout with a gatorade, and get most of my other protein from meat like chicken, turkey and ground beef and pork, i recommend u do the same but if u realy want to bulk up, take more and eat more, but remember, ur still young

hey man, keep at it, working out for a sport is great motivation, and maybe you'll be like me and find u like bodybuilding as a sport itself.
