Lose over 50 lbs. while increasing the muscle I have.
Goal (Long):
I started my dieting and exercise at 258 lbs. Now 3 months later I am down 17 lbs and still working on it. My first goal is to get down to 200 lbs., which I haven't been since 8th grade. My second goal is to reach under 15% body fat and maintain a healthy lifestyle longterm.
so i've got hives for the 3rd time this year. i also just started back on my south beach diet, which i have had good success on. however, i added two new foods, both of which could be the culprit and the reason why i have hives. the mystery foods are....eggs and bacon. i've been eating...
I hear ya, I fell off for a while too. You just have to make it fun, and you have to want to do it. I found CrossFit and I find that to be very challenging. Check it out and see what you think.
Well my advice is to just keep going. Make it a lifestyle not just a diet. Just enjoy the ride. Change up the routines when they become stagnant. Try different foods and dont worry about the scale. My BF has been as low as 11% bodyfat and as high as 28%. I usually can lose bodyfat easily but lately it has been a challenge. But I just have to keep going. When I fall, I just get back up and keep going. Usually, nothing worth having is easy to acheive!
yep you do look younger. I just checked again. Thanks for the tip re: quinoa. That keto diet is a killer. We shot my photos and uploaded them tonight. I need to work harder over the coming month. I'll check you out again next month...
man, i couldn't find your comments so i've gotta just come here and leave a schmucky comment!
that's a trip about the tattoo. I knew a guy who knew a guy in san diego who had it on his wall which may very well have been for the same reason so, who knows....
stay well my friend!
