Lose over 50 lbs. while increasing the muscle I have. I want to be healthy and stay healthy.
DO WORK CREW.
Goal (Long):
I started my dieting and exercise at 258 lbs. Now 3 months later I am down 17 lbs and still working on it. My first goal is to get down to 200 lbs., which I haven't been since 8th grade. My second goal is to reach under 15% body fat and maintain a healthy lifestyle longterm.
DO WORK CREW
I just saw your bmi comment. I don't think I will ever be able to get down to overweight on that chart. I am SOOO much bigger than that thing anticipates. Have you ever had your body fat tested?
The only thing I know is that I am spilling ketones. Which means I am burning fat for energy. I get my bodyfat done tomorrow so I have a place to start from. You workout at Gold's in Daytona. Is that the one on SR 40? I am from ocala and go to Daytona regularly.
Arghh I wish! That would rock so much. My routine fell to the wayside for a bit, but I'm on track again, so maybe now I'll do better. And congrats to you on the pull-up! It can only get better. I'm not there yet. lmao
Thanks lukeap. I'm gonna have to link to your Conan videos, because when the movie came out, that's what started me on training. I've fallen off the wagon many times (overeating mostly), but it was always Conan that I looked up. Hope you're reaching your goals too! aloha, Scott
