How I Started:
Started eating better and running to get my conditioning up a little bit.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel a lot better during the day, and it makes me feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I work out with friends and they usually motivate me, and when other people notice that I get bigger thats also helps.
BB Accomplishments:
My back has gotin stronger and I gained about, and gained some on my biceps and triceps I want to get abs soo I will work on that pretty soon.

I have never had a six pack in my life but I know i can get it because i have really strong abs I just need to run and do a lot of different ab routines. I also want to bench 350 within the next year or more.
