Background

When I Started: Jul 2009
HOW I STARTED:

When i started college there was a kid on my course who was bigger than me and always boasted about his physique thinking he was the dogs bollocks i must admit he was bigger than me i was only like 16 and 140lbs at the time but i hated it when he would show off so at the end of the first year of my course i thought right i got 8 weeks till i see him again! so that evening i started lifting determined to be bigger than him when i returned to college. those 8 weeks involved me training 4-5 days a week HARD! the first comment when i returned to college was "blimey you been hitting the gym much?" i loved the feeling of people complementing my body and haven't stoped lifting since. facebook.com/luke.beall1

WHY I LOVE IT:

i love to see my body change! you only get one body might asswell have it look as good as possible! also because it boosts my self esteem, im really self conscious so that is a bonus.
