How I Started: i started in year 11ish, few times a week, not seriously, from there i have progressed and in the last 6 months i have gotten alot more serious, bought alot of supplements and seen bigger gains! URGH!
Why I Love It: the feeling in the gym, manipulating the body, health improvement and well being

i prefer having good triceps to biceps although they are still good! just a little differnt to the cliche people that only curl and bench press  front double bi!

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want 17-18" arms by the time i'm nearly 23, and i want ground shaking legs also!
Goal (Long): well i've been doing this seriously now for almost a year, and now i've stepped it up again with a new workout plan which i'll use for 6 weeks or so, if it works well then my new one will stay rougly the same
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 6%
