i started in year 11ish, few times a week, not seriously, from there i have progressed and in the last 6 months i have gotten alot more serious, bought alot of supplements and seen bigger gains! URGH!
Why I Love It:
the feeling in the gym, manipulating the body, health improvement and well being

i prefer having good triceps to biceps although they are still good! just a little differnt to the cliche people that only curl and bench press

Goal (Long):
well i've been doing this seriously now for almost a year, and now i've stepped it up again with a new workout plan which i'll use for 6 weeks or so, if it works well then my new one will stay rougly the same
