How I Started:
my dad was big when he was younger and loved to go gym i also like many just wont to be i good shape. i though id make my dad proud by getting bigger then he was and carrying on his dream as saddly he could'nt compette as he had a illness so id love to make him proud
Why I Love It:
i love gym cause off the pump when you look alot bigger from when you walked in it's a great feeling to see also your improvments and its very inspiring to reach your goal's
How I Stay Motivated:
im dedicated to body building and kickboxing its some things that is know becoming a big part of my life i wont to get to a size were im a bodybuilder for sure :)

i hope oneday to enter competitions drug free but oneday in futer maybe ferther im not thinking that far yet though. :)
this was taken when i got body space but i had been gym for 4 months and had gain a bit of weight and muscel cause i was really skinny it not great could be better but its a step foward :)

Goal (Long):
i wont to get a good physic transform all my body not just one thing i am 15 know but i go gym and am praying really hard to get a good body. i wont people to be able to look at me with a jumper on and say wow hes big. i know if i train hard enough by the time im 19 going no 20 when it matters cause im still in my teens but when i get it i will have it an keep progressing i wont to be around 205 pounds and aroun 7-9% bodyfat

Thank you for asking! It was a hectic week with school. I had to attend some meetings for a few programs I want to be involved with, so that added to the load. Training was good - how was yours? Will you get to enjoy the holiday weekend?
