UMUC Attended 2009 to Present Maryland United States
High School:
When I Started:
Jun, 2009
How I Started:
Back injury keeps me from running so I was banished to the gym. PT is pretty much a way of life out here and not being a runner made me the "****bag" of my unit. I saw the people lifting at the gym and tried following a buddies plan. Here I am loving it.
Why I Love It:
I love the rush that you get post workout. It is like being worn out and pumped at the same time. I also like when my girl says she likes the changes. That makes it even better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look around and see the other people who are further along than me and I take it as a challange. I tell myself it took them hardwork and it will take me hard work too.
BB Accomplishments:
My girl thinks I am sexy. Sorry, I think that is great!!

I guess if you are in the Army you might think that me quoting that is campy but I can't stand looking at pictures of me fat in uniform. I represent something to somebody and I don't want to look like crap doing that.I am an American Soldier. "I always maintain my arms, my equipment, and myself." Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
In many ways it gives me a way to make friends. I know this is a sport and it can very very serious but I have fun.
I arise abruptly every evening at 1700 and think, "Wow another day begins!" I can't really tell you why but each day I wake up I feel relieved. I guess that I am trying to say each day I wake up I am glad to be awake, even though I wish I could sleep longer. There are so many...
