HOW I STARTED:

My best friend is Shawn Lasley & he inspired me to start bodybuilding and really effected the quality of my whole life.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It's a great stress reliever for me. I feel like the gym is my sanctuary where I can be in my own world and just focus on myself.

What I have been doing these past few weeks

I am very close to hitting my "half way mark" for the $100,000 dollar competition. If i have learned anything within the past few weeks, the biggest thing I have learned is how important it is to get support from those around you.

I recently started to make a video diary about my progress bodybuilding. Tried to film some of my workouts and different things in my day to day life.  I am editing some stuff together and will post it up on here & on youtube.

Never thought dieting would be the easy part

SLEEP on the other hand is the tough part. I worked all day, ate really well the entire time I was at work. I got home from my long day, ate and all I want to do is lay in my bed.



I am so mentally exhausted I already know that to get through tomorrow I just need to hydrate and SLEEP the next few days.

Not sure how many people Actually rest on their rest days. I really could stop myself from doing a little ABS this morning. Hehe it sure did get the blood flowing. Unfortunately, I have to work today so it's hard enough to consider this a rest day. It sure is nice not having to squeeze the gym in today. Tmrw's workout should be a cinch because i can do all of it in my room. Thank God for having half a gym to my disposal
