I got put on probation and couldnt go to the bar anymore so I decided to try it. I never lifted a weight in high school but now im pretty much addicted to it.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a great sense of self confidence and power, its my exit. And im getting ****in old. The way our bodies look is the one and only thing that we all have complete control of.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just want to be a hot and in shape old man. I want to be that dude that noone else has the balls to be. As I get older, I feel that its more important than ever to look and feel great, insted of gettin old, fat and sitting on the ****ing couch. Oh yeah...and listening to Slipknot.
BB Accomplishments:
Deadlifting and squatting a tremendous ammount of weight until I vomit...weekly.
Today was triceps day and the 3rd day of the new beginning. Yesterday was back/bi's and wow. I cant extend my arms the whole way and my friggin lats are so sore that it seems hard to breath sometimes. I tried a new workout scedule for mass that i found in this months issue of Muscle and...
