Workout Program:
Monday - Friday
Cardio for 2 hrs at a incline of 4-10%
Saturday & Sunday
Cardio for 1 hr at a incline of 2- 8%

When I get back to work (probably 2-3 days/wk) For 4-8 hours a day I am lifting between 5-50lbs with one arm, while speed walking.

This hopfully will work for me to drop some weight along with a 1200 cal diet.
