my school put me in weight lifting as a class and i automatically loved it.
Why I Love It:
the results tha head rush u get after a 15 set grueling chest workout tha pump i love tha pump i love seing tha veins and striations when im getting intense
How I Stay Motivated:
i tell myself this is goin to take me somewhere one day
i have been an athlete all my life i turned too weights to give me that competetive edge sports is my first passion i am an athlete not a bodybuilder but with little training and great genetics i can transform my body very quickly my goal is too simply lift and stay healthy so that when the oppurtunity arrises that is a tryout for some ball club or whatever i will be physically ready.
so basketball season starts in mid november! i do everything twice a week but i think im goin to drop down to once a week and concentrate on cardio and legs mostly hopefully i will just maintain about tha same size but im lookin to improve in my jumpin and quickness so ive already figured...
