Overall Goal: Being motivated in every training session is essential for staying focused, intense, and on track. Now my main goal is to have the surgey so I can live again working out, hiking, just be able to walk a mile without pain will be very cool.
Fit Status:
just starting back to very little workout, keeping on the supplements and health eating.
back in high school football, knee injury, and lower back, which place me out for two years, my coach was not info. enough in training. So I started reading, and understanding the whole body, to which started me becoming a personal trainer, then to training the competive bodybuilder, now I just give advice, I have retired from one on one training.
Why I Love It:
Being an artist and once a trainer is hand in hand, I was born with it, the inner drive to stay in shape, and then helping the competitive bodybuilder with thier canvas of themselfs. Working out is just a time for myself, the feel of the blood pumping, the breath, and pump of a great work out just place's the day together, the whole body is in line to think more clearly and release the stress of everything or just to clear the whole body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivated comes from within, plus the weights the workout, pumping and seeing results. Motivation is easy cause it is always their, it is just to do it where the problem ly's for most, but not with me. To stay motivated is to look at yourself in the mirror.
Read my blog to understand goals, motivation, and the reason for the bodybuilder to compete.
BB Accomplishments:
Seeing, 6 of my trainees, competitive bodybuilder up on stage, they have reached a major goal. Also seeing someone with a new life to live improving thier health.

Being motivated in every training session is essential for staying focused, intense, and on track. Now my main goal is to have the surgey so I can live again working out, hiking, just be able to walk a mile without pain will be very cool.
Goal (Long):
Well my heath has cause me to stop training in any form, lifting, walking, hiking, etc... so I have to keep my eating habits in watch. My doctor has told me stop doing just about anything, involing physcial. This has giving me a new task, to foucse more on my mind, writing, my art, to place everything in line with my life goals, plus it has given me more to enrich my mind with more learning. Their is always a reason for something that happeans within our life cycle.
Well I have clear everyone I know away. Understanding this was for the good to them, as I have lived with this pain, and I'm just damn tired of it, I thought everything would turn when I reviced a letter from the pres. of the hosptial that I go to, but it did not, but seeing the damn doctor...
priciate the encouragement man, I would look at the blog, but thats the one thing we cant access on military computers, thats why I havn't started mine. thanks again

thank you, Rick for the great comments. You're a very talented artist. I enjoyed your profile very much and you seem to live a very active life. I'm glad you're
able to work your talents on art as well as training. Ironically, I too am an artist. Be good!
I know this may seem really random but 2 summers ago I was asked by a man who resembled yourself at a gas station in Summerville if I was a bodybuilder. Was that you?
Regardless, your motivation is a great inspiration! Keep it up.
