I want to add size and strength to my body. I have always been on the skinnier side of things and now its time to beef up a little.
Goal (Long):
I have always strived to stay fit, and therefore with my body, it has always been pretty cut. I now want to add some serious muscle to that. I currently weigh about 138 and my goal by the end of this deployment (next 6 1/2 mo.) is to weigh 170 and have the stregnth to go with the mass and if at all possible - stay cut! I want to have to buy all new clothes by the time I go home.

I want to GAIN 35 lb

well the sex life is awesome and i love the way my wife looks at me. i can play with my son more, he loves to be tossed around (hes just a toddler, a big one though). thats all that counts to me...

How the hell do you stay below 10% bodyfat man. I've been like trying my best to even get it that low, currently i'm at 17% based on the caliper and the scale average, what do you suggest? Peace! And as for beefing up, you probably just need more volume on your workouts, you know, like 5 sets of 4 to 6 reps at a time, and so I heard.
What kind of program are you considering? As far as going where there isn't a gym, bodyweight exercises are great, and there are many variations to work the entire body.
Just noticed your increase in weight stat. Good job man. You're getting up there. Though it may seem like just a little at a time, you're making awesome gains.

Skinny? Maybe you were at one time, but that's not what you are in your profile pic. You have a solid foundation, you're lean, and athletic looking! How much are you wanting to beef up? Bigger, remember, does not automatically equal better.
