I've been seriously trying to gain weight for the past few of years. Someday I want to have doubled my starting normal bodyweight (and obviously I mean by increasing my lean body mass, not gaining lots of fat though I am expecting to gain a bit of it).

So I have gained weight but a lot of it seems to be fat (on mah bellay). And I'm not sure why. I really want to avoid having a pot belly, I guess I'll be dedicating more time to researching fat;)

I took about a month and a half off of runnning. I don't think you ever get rid of them. I think you just have to learn how to stretch and warm-up properly to minimize them. They are better now. It's amazing how fast you lose that endurance!!
