Goal (Long):
I've been seriously trying to gain weight for the past few of years and spent the last 3 of them trying to bulk. I eventually was able to get gain some flub around my midsection but I couldn't sustain my diet because of financial problems and I felt like crap while I was on it. I want to look good on my own terms (this society doesn't approve of ectomorph males much), work on my posture and keep from losing too much weight.

So I have gained weight but a lot of it seems to be fat (on mah bellay). And I'm not sure why. I really want to avoid having a pot belly, I guess I'll be dedicating more time to researching fat;)

Keep taking courses, it's fun! Never stop learning. I'm just under 7 weeks out! We're trying different training methods. We'll see what the end result is. :)
well we are the same age and about the same weight, so maybe its not all that abnormal. I have never really went on a major bulk diet, I did how ever reach 150 lbs at the end of my army training. But quickly lost it all agian.
yeah, getting that work schedule down is one thing, then adding stuff to your time to help your health is another thing. good luck with that though. I'm really glad you got a job, and in such a great city too!
man that is awesome news!! you got full benefits and the whole shebang! I'm real proud of you! Wait for that first pay check, pay them bills, get you a gym membership, and go crazy!
Not too bad, just getting back after surgery for skin cancer. Hopefully I can get back with the lifting and get back to where I was before the surgery.
