I saw gains while in bootcamp and immediately got hooked.
Why I Love It:
Aside from military training, bodybuilding i believe is what has helped me become a disciplined individual. Because if you want to get the physique of your dreams, there cannot be any procrastination, doubts, long decisions, work must be done and done damn efficiently! I absolutely do NOT do it for attention;for me bodybuilding is a building block for the betterment of one's being, not a tool to get attention---if one does it for this reason....they have a vastly low self esteem in the first place.
How I Stay Motivated:
Don't have to try, its a way of life.

Wow, looking ripped there bro! 6% bf is awesome, though I see you're looking to get even lower - sure you'll do it! Have u always had fairly low bf? Guess you've had to work real hard regardless anyways. Do you do cardio stuff regular - I have 2 month of adding some mass, then I'm looking to cur bf%, so any tips welcome!
