When I Started:

How I Started:
Throughout my life, I have always been active. As a child I was a gymnast for 12 years. In Junior High school I started playing baseball. In high school I tried out for the football, wrestling, baseball and track teams. I was moderately succesful in most of them. In college I was a walk-on for the baseball team. I really miss the very structured workouts. What I miss most is always having someone to push you and spot you.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding and working out because it is something that is challenging to me. I see guys that are ripped up and I tell myself that I will one day look like that. Just the reactions and respect from others are well worth the hard work.
How I Stay Motivated:
BodySpace helps me stay motivated becaue it puts me in connection with thousands of other people doing the same things as me. I am able to see their strugles and their achievements.
BB Accomplishments:
In 2001 I ran with the Olympic Torch for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. Earning a spot on a college baseball team. (to be continued...)

Let me say that this is a killer workout program. I was only able to make it half-way through the first workout and had to quit. I got real sick to my stomach and had no energy. Next time I will not push so hard.

When you weigh yourself, do you do it around the same time everyday or at random times? If you do it at random times you will see big fluxuations between your weights because of the amout of food/water in your system at the time. Give a try and see what happens.

Want to wish ya the best of luck man, self motivated yourself, do it only for you, and have fun at it. If not then it would just be a waste and you will come to a complete stop. BTW use to be a LSU fan, use to live in Shreveport, Now I'm a HAWKEYE FAN. Nice fish you got there and don't stay in the sun to long.
