lssanchez Legs tonite. Just didn't want to go late. I went in and 3 exercises in pulled a hamstring. Finished of with lunges and squats anyway

lssanchez Personal trainer today. I did more squats and lounges than ever. Is it possible to pull a muscle on you glutes? Maybe I did, can't stand!
