Family, friends, and just my love of the sport. Frank Zane also has a big influence on my lifting and goals.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained over 40 pounds since I first started a little over a year ago. From 120lbs to around 165lbs.

Off to work out. I'm not sure what I will lift because I'm sore, probably triceps and maybe something else random like legs. I need to get protein and possibly creatine!!!

Thanks for accepting! Great results of your training! Your muscles look huge, defined and solid and at the same time they seem ready to become as huge as you want! Specially ABS, arms and pecs! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?

The change in the size of your forearms is remarkable.
Did you hit them with some isolation exercises or did they just develop as a result of a lot of compound exercises?

hah my name is nick too, and iv'e been working out only for a few weeks, i weighed 121 when i started and now weigh 130, but want to gain so much more muscle, just posting to say great progress man, you're an inspiration, and any other pointers you could through my way would be apreciated, haha
