How I Started:
Tired of seeing other people reach their dreams of getting in shape through blood, sweat and tears, while I sat on my widening ass doing nothing about it. I figured if they could do it, than I certainly could to.
Why I Love It:
I love the rush, the energy I feel, and the results that I'm seeing. Being told I look great, and looking in the mirror and liking what I see.

Goal (Long):
I have long thought of changing my body but I've had trouble with motivation. A little over a month ago, I decided to change my bad eating habits and started a 6 day/wk training schedule. I have 3 boys aged 11, 8, and 3yrs, husband, and full time job which sometimes makes it very difficult to find time for me.
Tomorrow, May 31st is the local and regional bodybuilding/figure/fitness competition. I am attending the shows and this will be the first time that I see this in person. I can't wait to see what it's all about; how fit they are, tanned, big or small and how many competitors will be there. It...

It was not so good. Had a State Harley meeting. With thte meeting of COUSRE CAME FOOD. NOT GOOD FOOD.... I think I maintained my lose so it did hurt to bad but I got to get that under control.

Weighed myself this morning as usual.. I sit at 199.2. I worked my ass off this week and I only lost .80lbs... That Sucks but I'll take it. I guess it was all that Chocolate heY:)!!:)So did you find anything out on your ultrasound yesterday? Not to be nosey or anything I but remember you writing you were going through all of these test. This comp would be no FUN if you were not able to go 100%.

As you said it's a new month.... I weighed myself this morning.. Scale read 198.6, How ever yesterday it read 200.6... I will start at a even 200lbs..
I have not been at 190 for the past 3 years if I recall right. My like being around 193 but if I can be 185-190 and still maintain muscle I will be for that. Good Luck....

I have not seen the gains that I would like but then again I have not been able to hit it hard like I want either. Just got to stick with it. I am trying to lose at least 10lbs.
