ElizR Sorry, just saw your posting now. Hope Live Fit is going great! Right now I am doing a little more cardio cause I have a half marathon in a few weeks. However, I normally do 30-45 min after weights. Usually running. Hope this helps! Oct 2, 2012 9:39am
