Actually, more like I'm in need of a change! I think that's what I need in order to get my body to where I want it to be. I'm still going to keep my lifting to right after work and my cardio for in the evenings before work. I think Im just going to change up the days I work out each body part...
The porgress photos are looking great. Nice work. Your thighs are look perfect... don't know what your worried about. I'm still running... up to 13.5 miles last weekend and felt I could do more. Going for 15 next weekend, yeah
How have you been? You've been quiet lately. I see you've been puttin in work though, leggs look great. Big improvement in muscle tone over Oct. pics. Good things come to those who wait I guess! Keep it up!!!
its okay...well actually, its not too great. Ive been busy and stressed that i keep making excuses to skip my running workouts (i know! thats so bad! ughhh) but I'm still doing short runs here and there. I need to get into a better routime :( ..how about you? whats your mileage like atm for your training for the marathon in January? and also, how many days a week do you take off of running?

Tbh my training has been on the back burner for awhile as I am managing som many things lately. I will get it back on track this coming monday with an operation rebuild program going. slow and steady ;)
