Alternate between A or B per workout. 4x5 sets of 25 reps, rest 90 sec between each set, 20min cardio. Thanks to the BF for preparing this!
Circuit A
- Dumbell row
- Walking lunge
- Push up and turn
- Bicycle Crunch
- Tricep Extensions (one armed)
Circuit B
- Kettlebell swing
- Shoulder push press
- Wall squat (ball)
- Crunch/leg raise
- Bicep 21s
Other days I might enjoy kickboxing, running (when my hip heals!), spinning, or walking around my hilly neighbourhood.

Post workout:

- 1 or 2 Triple Strength fish oil capsules
