My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Philosophy

Alternate between A or B per workout. 4x5 sets of 25 reps, rest 90 sec between each set, 20min cardio. Thanks to the BF for preparing this!

Circuit A

 

  1. Dumbell row
  2. Walking lunge
  3. Push up and turn
  4. Bicycle Crunch
  5. Tricep Extensions (one armed)

  1. Kettlebell swing
  2. Shoulder push press
  3. Wall squat (ball)
  4. Crunch/leg raise
  5. Bicep 21s 
       

 

Other days I might enjoy kickboxing, running (when my hip heals!), spinning, or walking around my hilly neighbourhood.

I've been getting into the swing of precooking meals in large batches which has been working out a treat! So easy and no room for excuses!

Morning

Pre/during workout: 

  • 1.25 Scoop Scivation Xtend (Watermelon Maddness) 

 

Post workout: 

  • 1 Scoop Optimum 100% Whey (Mocha Cappuccino) 

 

Dinnertime: 

  • 1 or 2 Triple Strength fish oil capsules
